Welcome everyone! I’m so excited to announce the launch of the new OWA blog, OWA Connects. Two of our biggest initiatives in the coming year are to expand our reach to everyone in the industry and to raise awareness on all the OWA has to offer for our sponsors, members, and individual contributors. The launch of the OWA Blog is one of the many member benefits that will help us get closer to achieving these goals as an organization.

Digital communication is constantly evolving and the OWA is maximizing these vehicles to stay connected to YOU! Having a versatile communication platform will help us more easily and frequently share member stories, inspirational messages and educational resources. Our recent survey clearly highlighted that you want to hear MORE from our various authors across the organization and the industry!

The Optical Women’s Association is unique, with our members spanning  a wide variety of roles and leadership levels across many different specialties and fields. Launching our very own blog is just another way to highlight the diversity of the OWA and connect our members and supporters  across our large network.

I encourage you to subscribe to the blog to stay up to date with the latest happenings at the OWA and with all the talented individuals who make up this amazing industry.
